Duo of deals boosts Frasers’ Winnersh Triangle cluster

Frasers Property UK has signed two leasing deals at its Winnersh Triangle business park in Berkshire, expanding the professional services cluster.

Financial firm Sage has taken 20,000 sq ft of office space at Building 1180, which features an amenity-rich environment.

Meanwhile, FLB Accountants has taken up a new lease on 20,000 sq ft of additional office space in Building 1010. The firm arrived at Winnersh Triangle in 2018, initially leasing 2,500 sq ft. The firm is also a core occupier in Winnersh Triangle’s growing film and media cluster, which is also home to Winnersh Film Studios.

Over the past three years, Frasers Property has invested £6.8m into Winnersh Triangle as part of its Reworking Winnersh project, which has seen the opening of three cafés, a 17,000 sq ft gym, a wellness studio and an outdoor sports pitch.

Rupert Batho, commercial director at Frasers Property UK, said: “FLB Accountants’ ongoing growth at Winnersh Triangle is symbolic of the evolution of the technology, media and creative hub that we have established here, while Sage’s decision to move to Winnersh Triangle represents another step in growing our professional services cluster here.”

Frasers Property UK was represented by Hollis Hockley and CBRE for both deals. Sage People was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and FLB Accountants was represented by Vail Williams.
