CIM Group has signed two leases for 10,100 sq ft of workspace at Building 2000, Cathedral Square in Guildford, Surrey.
NYSE-listed medical technology company Enovis will occupy part of the ground floor of the building, measuring 7,091 sq ft, while software company Infovista has taken part of the second floor, measuring 3,017 sq ft.
According to EG Radius, asking rents in the building are £39.50 per sq ft.
CIM Group bought the 45,109 sq ft building, which is adjacent to the University of Surrey and to the north-west of the city centre, in 2021. The investor is currently undertaking a phased refurbishment of the building, which is set to create flexible suites from 1,600 sq ft, an on-site café, a business lounge and shower and changing facilities.
