Two companies sign up for Sandyford’s Stoke sheds

Indoor football operator Kix FC and gym chain Transform Hub have become the latest firms to take space at Sandyford Properties’ industrial estates in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

Kix will take up a 22,500 sq ft facility at Park Works Industrial Estate over the next five years. The firm has undertaken an extensive fit-out programme of the building, including the installation of an artificial football pitch and other indoor sports equipment.

Transform Hub will occupy 3,505 sq ft at Far Green Industrial Estate on a five-year term, starting later this summer following an extensive fit out.

Charlotte Worthington, asset manager at Sandyford Properties, said: “The completion of these leases demonstrates sustained strong demand for flexible, well-located industrial space.”

Sandyford was advised by Louis Taylor.
