Citrus Durham has been given the nod for Evolution@Integra61, a 52,142 sq ft scheme comprising 23 flexible units of between 1,205 sq ft and 6,480 sq ft. The whole development, which has consent for more 3m sq ft of employment space, also includes Amazon’s new 2m sq ft fulfilment centre, 300 new homes, a 70-bedroom hotel, a family pub/restaurant, a nursery, car showrooms and a number of trade counter units and shops.
Avison Young and Colliers International have been appointed as letting agents on the scheme.
