Dusco Asset Management has secured a second anchor tenant forits £32m extension to the Victoria Centre in Nottingham.
House of Fraser has taken a prelet on a 13,935 sq m (150,000 sq ft) department store at an undisclosed rent. The other anchor tenant is John Lewis Partnership.
