Dusco Asset Management has been granted planning consent for a £7m extension to the Gracechurch Centre, Sutton Coldfield.
Joint owners Scottish Amicable and Dusco, are proposing a 1,347.05 sq m (14,500 sq ft) expansion of the scheme, bringing the total up to 48,035 sq m (517,066 sq ft). This will include a 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) retail unit on two floors next to BhS.
