Dutch developer MAB has announced the reopening of Dalkeith Arcade, Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, after its refurbishment.
The arcade has a retail offer of 7,432 sq m (80,000 sq ft) trading on two levels, plus five mall kiosks.
Principal tenants include fashion retailer Peacocks, which has taken 1,120 sq m (12,052 sq ft) in the centre, variety-store retailer Wilkinson, which has taken 3,230 sq m (34,773 sq ft) and food-store retailer Lidl, with 1,100 (11,846 sq ft).
MAB bought the Arcade in 2000 from Wimpey and has carried out major refurbishment, including removal of the existing concrete roof, doubling the height of the ceiling. Dawson Horrell Associates is the architect for the scheme.
Ayles & Heath is the letting agent for MAB.
