Asset manager DWS has appointed Simon Wallace, its global head of real estate research, to lead the UK real estate division.
Wallace takes the role from Jessica Hardman, who announced in July that she was leaving to start Aboria Capital, an investment management business tied to developer Downing.
Wallace will keep his research role. He has worked at DWS for 13 years, joining as a European real estate research analyst and becoming global co-head of the team in 2020.
Earlier in his career he held roles including an economist at Hammerson.
