Dwyer Estates has completed four deals within six weeks at its Arndale Centre at Middleton, Greater Manchester.
The largest was to Cambos Enterprizes, trading as BuckinghamBingo. Dwyer is creating a 3,019 sq m (32,500 sq ft) unit at acost of £1.8m. The tenant has signed a 25-year lease at a rent of £260,000 with five-yearly rent reviews.
Other significant lettings have been made to New Look Ladies fashions, Quality Save and a number of other units have been let on various leases outside the Landlord and Tenant Act
Joey Estfandi, chief executive of Dwyer, said: “Prime rents for the best space now reflect £538 per sq m (£50 per sq ft). The current rent roll on the basis of all the outstanding reviews being completed is now running at £2.4m.”
