Dwyer Nolan plans 350 homes at Dublin former builders’ merchant site

Dwyer Nolan Developments has submitted plans for 350 homes at the site of the former Chadwicks builders’ merchant in Santry, in Dublin’s northern suburbs.

The development, Santry Place, provides a range of one to three-bedroom homes, each with access to private balcony or terrace areas, across seven blocks.

The four-acre site will also provide 2,000 sq ft of retail space, 3,175 sq ft of commercial space, 2,000 sq ft of community space, 173 car parking spaces and 719 cycle parking spaces.

Santry Place is located on the corner of Santry Avenue and Swords Road, and is well served by transport connections, including the nearby Dublin Airport.
