Dyer takes supervisory chair at Unibail-Rodamco

Colin Dyer, former chief executive and president of JLL, has been appointed chairman of Unibail-Rodamco’s supervisory board.

Dyer, a current non-executive director at the company, will succeed Rob ter Haar who has been a member of the supervisory board since 2007 and its chairman since 2012.

Along with Dyer, Philippe Collombel, co-managing partner of Partech Ventures, and Roderick Munsters, former head of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management, will also be appointed to Unibail’s supervisory board.

The three members will join the board following the company’s annual general meeting on 25 April.

Christophe Cuvillier, chairman of the management board of Unibail-Rodamco, said: “On behalf of the group, its management board and all its employees, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rob ter Haar for his unwavering support and the relationship of great trust he built up between the supervisory board and the management board during these past 10 years.

“I am very pleased that the group will welcome to its supervisory board three great professionals with such international profiles and complementary skills. I look forward to working on the development of the group with Mr Dyer, our future chairman of the supervisory board.”
