Dynamique Hôtels buys 100th property

Dynamique Hôtels has confirmed its position as France’s 4th largest hotel group with the purchase of its 100th hotel.

The hotel investment company, established and developed by CB Richard Ellis Investors, has bought the Balladins Hotel in the Parisian suburb of Sarcelles.

The purchase is its 12th in 2008, following the purchase of nine Balladins hotels in France and two Campanile hotels, one in France and one in Belgium.

Dynamique Hôtels launched its expansion programme in December 2006 and took over the “Balladins” brand, accounting for over 100 franchises, in February 2007.

It now has 204 establishments offering over 10,860 bedrooms across Europe.

The company plans to float on the stock market by December 2010, before converting to a SIIC, a kind of French real estate investment trust.
