E.on lights up two HQ options

Peel Holdings’ 320,000 sq ft Unity Square and Southreef Properties’ 250,000 sq ft Southreef II are battling to net Nottingham’s largest office requirement for years.

The pair have made it onto E.on’s final shortlist for its 100,000 sq ft requirement in the city.

The energy supplier wants a new “centre of excellence” in Nottingham which will see it consolidating its existing offices, including its main operation at Newlands House on Mount Street.

DTZ is advising E.on.

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor is letting agent on both Unity House and Southreef Phase II; Innes England is joint agent on Southreef.
