EADS, the defence and aerospace company, has hinted at plans to close sites in Britain.
Its UK business will be consolidated around the three major sites of Newport, South Wales, Portsmouth, Hampshire and Stevenage, Hertfordshire. EADS said functions at smaller sites would be relocated to one of the three major sites”, which The Daily Telegraph reports suggests some of its 30 locations in Britain will close.
