Eagle One has got the go-ahead for a £35m scheme in Evesham, Worchestershire.
The 140,000 sq ft IntoOutdoors scheme will combine a 45-shop mall with outdoor leisure pursuits including 60 holiday lodges, two fishing lakes and cycle routes.
