Ealing Borough Council has signed a development agreement with Galliford Try for a £275m regeneration scheme.
Galliford Try was first appointed as the council’s preferred bidder for the Perceval House project in July 2017.
This project includes the construction of 470 new homes alongside a new council headquarters building, a library and customer services centre, shops and residential and commercial parking areas.
The project is expected to start next year.
