Residential developer Southern Grove has gained permission for its £75m scheme in Ealing, W13.
Plans submitted for The Appleton at 104 Broadway include 136 homes alongside 16,145 sq ft of shops.
Southern Grove bought the 1.6-acre site in July 2015 in a deal funded in partnership with Topland Group.
Chief executive Andrew Southern said the firm was in an acquisitive phase but was also boosting its war chest via sales. Brimelow McSweeney designed the scheme; Gl Hearn advised on planning.
