Ealing Council is seeking a development partner for its council headquarters.
The council is accepting proposals for a new use of Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing.
The aim is to deliver a mixed-use scheme on the three-acre site including a new council headquarters, customer service centre, library and homes.
Pat Hayes, Ealing Council’s executive director for regeneration and housing, said: “The development will join a growing list of projects in the town centre including Crossrail, Dickens Yard and Ealing Filmworks Development.”
Lambert Smith Hampton is advising the council.
