Developer Earl Estates has let a 41,000 sq ft distribution unit at Trafford Park, Manchester, to Exel Logistics.
Exel is paying £5.75 per sq ft for the Kings Park 500 unit on a 15-year lease.
The building is part of phase 4 of Kings Park, which includes seven units totalling 110,000 sq ft.
Other tenants at the scheme include Hays, GeoLogistics and Hutchison 3G.
David Rowley, director at joint letting agent Savills, said: “The Exel letting is a great start, especially as it was signed before the building was finished.”
