Due to strong levels of support from investors during the marketing roadshow and current market conditions, PRS REIT has decided to bring forward the closing date of its circa £250m placing.
The placing of up to 250m new ordinary shares at a price of 102.5p per ordinary share which launched on 31 January 2018 will now close at 4.30pm on 19 February 2018.
