Easter Developments and Prudential Assurance have let a 5,000 sq ft warehouse unit at Ashburton Park, Trafford Park, to Colmar UK.
The occupier is paying £6.25 per sq ft for the unit at the Manchester scheme, with a break option at five years.
Colliers CRE and Dunlop Haywards advised the developer, while Colmar represented itself.
The scheme is situated on the former Adtranz site, half a mile from junction 9 of the M60.
