Budget hotel developer and operator easyHotel has been granted planning permission for a new hotel in Ipswich, Suffolk.
It will open a 94-bedroom hotel at 3-5 Northgate Street, Ipswich. Its purchase of the freehold building is expected to complete in the coming weeks.
The hotel is expected to open in September 2017.
