Austral House on Coleman Street, EC2, will be 25,000 sq ft (2,320 sq m) bigger than first expected.
CLOUT has had a revised planning application to increase the scheme to a 175,000 sq ft (16,250 sq m) building approved. The site was part of the Wates City portfolio bought by CLOUT in June. Pillar Property is adviser to CLOUT and Schroder Property Managers is fund manager.
Stanhope is acting as development adviser. Swanke Hayden Connell is architect for the scheme, and Montagu Evans is planning adviser.
