ECCO Shoes is to open a new store in Edinburgh as part of expansion plans in the UK.
The retailer has taken 1,871 sq ft at 122-124 Rose Street on a 10-year lease.
ECCO recently opened stores at intu Bromley and intu Metrocentre and has plans to open two further stores before Christmas, followed by up to 10 stores next year.
Amanda O’Flaherty of Harper Dennis Hobbs said: “We have a number of new stores in the pipeline for ECCO and the company has plans for a further seven to 10 next year.
“This is an exciting time and the brand is benefiting from a strong footwear market. The Edinburgh unit takes ECCO’s UK presence to 43 stores.”
