English Cities Fund – a joint venture between Morgan Sindall’s AMEC, English Partnerships and Legal & General – has submitted plans for the final building at its St Paul’s Square scheme in Liverpool. The 107,000 sq ft, eight-storey 4 St Paul’s Square, pictured left, will complete the 1.65m sq ft city-centre development, off Old Hall Street. The scheme is designed by architect RHWL. GVA Grimley and Irving Rice are acting as letting agents.
