Echo sells Belchatow mall for €11.1m

Echo Investment Group has sold its Echo Shopping Centre built in the central Polish town of Belchatow for €11.1m.


The new owner of the scheme is a subsidiary of Cyprus-registered Vosecka. Echo Shopping Centre is located on Kolejowa and Armii Krajowej streets. The asset has a leasable area of 9,300 m² plus 265 parking spaces and its main tenants include Carrefour, Nomi, RTV EURO AGD and Deichmann.


The facility manager of the shopping centre remains Est-On – Grupa Echo, an Echo Investment Capital Group subsidiary.


Echo is building a new facility, the 30,500 m² Galeria Olimpia, on adjacent land. This is presently 60% prelet to tenants including Tesco, Rossmann, CCC and Martes Sport.
