An eco-friendly working village could replace the failed Earth Centre near Doncaster, south Yorkshire.
Morston Assets Limited has drawn up a business plan for the 101.18ha (250 acre) site.
Some £50m of public funding is envisaged for the facilities, which would include a business park and office buildings within the existing centre.
