Eddisons has strengthened its valuations team with an appointment of two directors in its Midlands and North West offices.
Tim Richardson joins the team in the Midlands, while Tom Tawn has been appointed to oversee the North West region.
Richardson brings more than two decades’ commercial property industry experience, including 10 years as a director at FHP Property Consultants in Derby and most recently at Doncaster-based Barnsdales’ East Midlands operation.
Tawn served at Lambert Smith Hampton, before spending six months as a senior valuer in Australia for Cygnet West.
In their new roles, the pair will be tasked with securing lending, company accounts and pension funds, as well as managing capital gains tax and inheritance tax issues for clients.
