Consulting firm Eden McCallum LLP is moving its HQ to 7 Air Street, W1, as the first tenant to sign to the building.
It is understood the company will take the fifth floor, around 8,500 sq ft of the 46,000 sq ft office scheme on a 10-year lease, which forms part of The Crown Estate’s £1bn investment in its Regent Street portfolio.
Eden McCallum LLP will move from its Kensington site at 4 Lancer Square, W8.
