Debenham’s flagship store on Edinburgh’s Princes Street is up for sale.
The 108,000 sq ft building is being sold by a private investor client of Ratcliffes and Kitchen La Frenais Morgan for £27.25m – a net initial yield 4.5%.
The investment offers development opportunities for the 145-year old building located at 109-112 Princes Street and 144-152 Rose Street. The site was formerly the home of the Scottish Conservative and Scottish Liberal Clubs.
Princes Street is the Scottish capital’s main retail thoroughfare.
