Murray Estates is selling an Edinburgh development site earmarked for a new office quarter, 200 homes and 525 hotel bedrooms.
JLL and Savills have been instructed to market the site, which is adjacent to Edinburgh International Airport.
Edinburgh International Business Gateway has submitted plans for a mixed-use scheme which is billed as being an extension to the city.
EIBG is one stop from Edinburgh Gateway railway station, which is due to open later this year, connecting the east coast rail line with the tram network, and is one stop from Edinburgh International Airport.
Supported by the Scottish government, Scottish Enterprise and the City of Edinburgh Council, EIBG is also expected to benefit from Edinburgh’s City Deal.
