The revised masterplan for the 61-acre former Continental Tyre factory site in the Scottish capital has been revealed by Edinburgh Gate Development.
The British Virgin Islands-based property investment trust has appointed architect Cooper Cromar to rework the original masterplan.
The park – one mile from Edinburgh airport – will comprise 1m sq ft of business space, and 2,830 car-parking spaces.
A revised detailed application will be submitted for phase one shortly.
The first phase will be completed by 2005. Ryden is advising EGD.
