Edinburgh mixed-use asset hits market

124-125-Princes-Street,-Edinburgh-THUMBCushman & Wakefield has been appointed to sell a mixed-use investment at 124-125 Princes Street, Edinburgh for £16.42m.

The seven-storey building is being sold by clients on behalf of F&C REIT. It has a shop on the ground floor and office accommodation on the upper floors, plus 17 parking spaces.

The current retail tenant is fashion store Urban Outfitters, which takes 14,955 sq ft of space.

The building generates more than £1m a year in rent.
