A joint venture between Ediston and the Strathclyde Pension Fund has bought Shawlands shopping arcade in Glasgow for £7m.
The jv, Clydebuilt Limited Partnership, bought the site form Shawlands Retail. The asset covers 5.75 acres in the south side of Glasgow.
Tenants include Boots, TSB, Santander and Poundstretcher.
Clydebuilt was represented by Sheridan Property Consultants; Shawlands Retail was represented by Reid Lambert, Cushman & Wakefield and Macbeth Property Consultants.
