Ediston Property Investment Company’s net asset value rose in the first quarter of 2015 as occupancy increased across its portfolio.
The company’s NAV increased by 1.46% quarter-on-quarter to £97.43m, or 102.56p per share, at the end of March.
The portfolio’s value increased by 2.6% to £86.3m during Q1 and vacancy rates fell to 8.5% of rental value.
