Edward Symmons has made a raft of changes to its senior management.
Nick Boyd has been promoted to senior partner, while current senior partner Paul Proctor will take over the newly created role of chairman.
As senior partner, Boyd will take over responsibility for the firm’s operational management and leadership. Proctor will handle responsibility for client development and market direction.
Proctor said: “In the eight years since I became senior partner the firm has increased turnover year on year to a current level of £17m. Staff has increased to more than 200 across our nine UK offices and the role of senior partner has therefore grown accordingly.”
He added: “This new management structure is the right platform to take us to the next level.”
