A 104,000 sq ft former TV and film studio facility at Springfield Drive, Hayes has been sold by Edward Symmons for just under £8m.
Elbrook Cash & Carry have bought the stand-alone building, located close to Heathrow, two miles from Junction 3 of the M4.
The building is suitable for warehousing.
Edward Symmons acted for the mortgagees in possession.
