Edwards & Co has been instructed by Peel Group’s MediaCityUK to lease the £20m Tomorrow project in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester.
The mixed-use scheme comprising more than 100,000 sq ft of offices alongside a 112-bedroom Premier Inn hotel is about 50% prelet.
The building was designed for digital and creative businesses and has 50,052 sq ft of office space available across six upper floors.
It is due to open in June 2016.
MediaCityUK is now home to more than 250 small and medium-sized companies, as well as the BBC, ITV, Coronation Street and the University of Salford.
Legal & General Capital purchased a 50% interest in the scheme earlier this year.
