Anthology takes the mayor’s housing pledge
London property developer Anthology has become one of the first companies to sign up to London mayor Sadiq Khan’s Employer Housing Pledge, which encourages employers to support their staff in alleviating housing costs. The initiative is part of the Fifty Thousand Homes campaign, which aims to double housebuilding in London to 50,000 homes a year by the end of 2020. Anthology managing director Mark Dickinson says: “It is an excellent incentive that will allow London to continue to attract the young rising stars of the future. “It is no secret that living in London is expensive. For many starting their career, London is their go-to city as it holds the key to such a diverse range of opportunities, but as prices continue to rise we risk losing some great talent to other cities.”
