Radius Data Exchange, set to launch in spring 2018, will enable customers to analyse deal and availability data and generate major cost and efficiency savings for those engaged with it and aims to create the most reliable, timely, and complete view of the UK real estate industry.
Coupled with EG’s news and analytical expertise, Radius Data Exchange will have the unique ability to provide professionals with the deepest insight on the market, enabling them to offer better advice and enhanced service to clients in a faster and less labour-intensive way.
The database will be open to advisory businesses of all sizes, providing users with access to coverage of the market to a greater depth than before. Radius Data Exchange will not only provide analysis and data vital for clients, but will enable the industry to benchmark itself against its peers in real time.
Game-changing initiative
EG was the first commercial real estate news and data business to operate an online service for the industry, launching EGi in 1996. Radius Data Exchange, powered by EG, is an evolution of that service.
