The hotel features a ballroom for 1,000 guests, a health spa and well-being centre, and four restaurants including a 21,528 sq ft sky lobby 148m above ground level. Regatta also features an extensively landscaped 275,565 sq ft water park. On site, piling works are complete for the first phase of the development, which includes four of the apartment towers, with completion expected in December 2007. |
