Sanderson Weatherall has made Richard Dunn a partner in office agency and development in its Leeds office. He rejoins after three years with Town Centre Securities (0113 369 6000).


Development consultancy DBK has named Kevin Theobold director and head of the North West regional office. He previously worked at Redrow Group (0161 929 8959).


Lend Lease has appointed Richard Cable head of major projects in the UK, responsible for the firm’s development portfolio, including Greenwich Peninsula and Elephant & Castle (020 7182 9000).


Law firm Ashfords has made Andrew Worley a partner in the commercial property team at the Bristol office. He joins from LHP Law (01173 218089).


Alan Knight has joined Walton & Kipkiss in the West Midlands to establish a commercial property division. He returns to agency work after a stint as deputy chief executive of local regeneration body RegenCo (01384 397797).


Local Shopping REIT has made Stephen East a non-executive director. He will chair the board’s audit and nomination committees (020 7292 0333).
