Property experts will answer the question “how likely is it?” on topics from housing, to Brexit and retail collapses in a unique panel discussion at the London Real Estate Forum tomorrow (14 June) at 10am.
Estates Gazette readers are invited to send their scenarios ahead of the debate. Experts will then separate the probable from the improbable in a 45-minute forum.
Examples of the questions the experts will face include:
- How likely is it the London mayor will reach the target of 50,000 new homes a year?
- How likely is it that Brexit will be good for the property industry?
- How likely is it London will be the foremost digital economy of the world?

Answering the questions will be some of the most experienced people in the property sector:
- Desmond Taljaard, managing director of London & Regional Properties’ hotels business.

- Andy Bruce, partner and head of UK real estate at Linklaters.
Advised on the BBC World Service HQ, the Elephant & Castle redevelopment and Abu Dhabi Financial Group’s acquisition of New Scotland Yard.
- Dominic Grace, Savills’ London residential development team
- Linus Forsberg, partner at Trinova Real Estate
Daniel Mahoney, head of economic research at the Centre for Policy Studies, will make a presentation ahead of the debate on London housing and green belt.
