Estates Gazette won three trophies at last night’s PPA Digital Publishing Awards, and beat some of the UK’s best-known magazines and websites to pick up the headline award.
Presenting the Estates Gazette team with the Outstanding Achievement of the Year Award, the judges said: “Our supreme award goes to one of the first B2B brands to deliver digital and data content to its audience. Outstanding performance from an outstanding brand.”
Among the other winners beaten by Estates Gazette to the headline gong were What Car?, FourFourTwo and The Week.
Estates Gazette also picked up the Digital Publisher of the Year, Business, and Marketing Team of the Year awards.
The judges congratulated Estates Gazette “for leading through innovation offering a great customer experience and leveraging new and traditional channels with excellent results”.
Editor Damian Wild said: “These awards recognise a lot of hard work put in by the whole team over the past year. Being recognised by your peers in business publishing is always great. But to beat some of the UK’s best-known magazines, websites and apps to win the supreme award is the best recognition of all. It will spur us on to continue innovating and leading in our market and beyond.”
The awards were presented in front of an audience of 300 journalists and publishers at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, EC1, by BBC sports presenter Colin Murray.
