EG data has revealed that the Isle of Dogs, Wembley and Croydon are London’s top build-to-rent hotspots.
Other areas that feature prominently on the list are the Royal Docks, Stratford, Ealing, Nine Elms and Ilford.
EG’s London Residential Research has also mapped both build-to-rent schemes as well as those flipped on to the rental market, often when schemes fail to sell.
