General Projects is under offer to acquire the mixed-use Regents House, N1, owned by Royal Bank of Scotland. The developer is understood to have offered around £40m for the asset, a discount on the previous asking price of £60m.

Queen Mary BioEnterprises Innovation Centre has chosen Cavell Street in Whitechapel for its incubator hub. The proposed facility, spanning 37,000 sq ft, forms part of the wider redevelopment of 100-136 Cavell Street, E1, being brought forward by Lateral in a joint venture with HIG.

Commercial bank Handelsbanken has agreed a lease at Woolgate at 25 Basinghall Street, EC2, which is being refurbished by development manager Stanhope in partnership with Woolgate Exchange Unit Trust.

London & Regional Properties has filed plans with the London Borough of Southwark for a 1,400-bed student accommodation-led mixed-use scheme. The 250,000 sq ft Skipton House on London Road, SE1, has been vacant since the Department of Health vacated it when its lease expired in September 2022.
