Last week saw the topping out ceremony of Urban Splash’s Lakeshore residential scheme in Bristol. It sees the redevelopment of the Grade II listed Imperial Tobacco Factory – which was built over a lake – into an eco-friendly apartment scheme for sale, part sale and rent.
EGTV caught up with Urban Splash chairman Tom Bloxham MBE on the day, as he talked about the challenges of building over a lake and future development in the South West.
