Grosvenor has let 65,000 sq ft of retail space to eight companies at Liverpool One, leaving the shopping centre fully let.
Shoe retailers Office and Schuh, clothing company Internacionale, Card Factory and lingerie chain Boux Avenue will open new stores by Christmas.
Earlier this year, furniture stores Stockton’s and Belle Maison opened stores at the mall, while Starbucks has opened a new concept café.
Grosvenor head of asset management for its Liverpool fund Miles Dunnett said: “This has been a great year for Liverpool One, which goes from strength to strength.
“We have just welcomed our one-hundred-millionth visitor, footfall and sales are up by 1.4% and 2.3% respectively, versus 2011, and we are now 100% let.”
Harvey Nichols’ first beauty bazaar opens at the mall this autumn.
Liverpool One chiefs added that the opening of another 10,000 sq ft flagship store will be announced at the BCSC conference, which begins in Liverpool on 10 September.
