An Oxford industrial estate will be knocked down to make way for an 80-bed care home and 105 houses if plans are approved.
Proposals for the 7.5-acre, mixed-use residential scheme on the Buttercross Works site, off Station Lane in Oxford, have been submitted to West Oxfordshire district council.
Developer Bower Mapson said it had reached an agreement to acquire the land, which accommodates warehouses, if planning permission is received.
It will then sell part of the land to Cottsway Housing Association to develop the care home.
A decision on the application is expected in late October. If approved, construction will commence next year.
