The £1.5bn regeneration of Elephant & Castle in south London is in jeapardy after the development consortium and a local community forum threatened to pull out of the project.
Southwark Land Regeneration has told the council it wants a development agreement in place by the time of the next meeting on 26 February.
The row centres on control of the area’s council housing and the land it is built on.
